  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (1.5oz, 45gr) cherry tomatoes, minimize in half

  • 2 cloves garlic. minced
  • 1 tbs Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs tarragon white wine vinegar

  • 2 tbs salad olive oil

  • 3 tbs grated Parmesan

Notes
